THE EIGHT-STEP PROCESS
STEP 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

STEP 2: SEND THE LINK
Send the exact Taobao or 1688 link, not just a screenshot. A link lets us check the seller, current price, stock, shipping options, and variant choices. If you found the item through a search, a video, or a social post, send the original store link whenever possible. One order can include several links, and we can check them together before you commit.
STEP 3: REVIEW THE ITEMIZED QUOTE
Once we have the link, we prepare an itemized quote. It separates the item price, domestic postage, international shipping, and our 8-10% service fee. We do not hide a commission by raising the item price, because GhzBuy uses 0% markup. The quote also notes anything that needs your decision, such as a size, color, packaging request, or a possible shipping restriction. You receive a normal human response, usually within 24 hours.
STEP 4: APPROVE BEFORE WE BUY
Read the quote and approve it in writing. Approval lets us buy the selected item and pay the domestic seller. If the price changes, stock disappears, or the seller asks a new question, we pause and ask you. We will not quietly replace a version, especially for clothing, shoes, beauty products, or electronics. You can revise the order before approval, but once purchase is made, some seller fees may no longer be refundable.
STEP 5: PAY FOR THE ORDER
Pay through the method shown on the approved quote, including PayPal Goods & Services or WeChat payment where available. The payment covers the item and the charges listed in the quote. Please keep your receipt and order reference. For higher value items, we may ask for additional identity or payment confirmation before the seller is paid. This protects both you and us from a payment dispute.
STEP 6: CHECK THE QC PHOTOS
After the seller ships to our Chinese warehouse, we receive the parcel and perform QC. We send you actual photos, not just the seller's stock image, before the parcel leaves China. Check the item, color, size, logo, condition, and quantity. If something is wrong, unclear, or different from the listing, tell us before dispatch. For a high-risk or expensive purchase, request detail photos or an unboxing video and we will ask the seller for them when possible.
STEP 7: CONSOLIDATE THE PARCEL
Choose consolidation if you want one parcel instead of several. We keep your items at the warehouse for a reasonable agreed period, then pack eligible pieces together. Consolidation can reduce exposure and sometimes lower international shipping, but the best choice depends on weight, volume, and route. We will show the packing choice in the quote. Do not assume a large box is cheaper just because it contains more items.
STEP 8: RECEIVE THE PARCEL
After QC approval, we dispatch the consolidated parcel and share tracking details. Economy routes commonly take 10-15 days after leaving China, while faster dedicated routes commonly take 5-8 days. These are planning ranges, not delivery promises. Customs, weather, and carrier handoffs can add time. Inspect the parcel when it arrives and contact us promptly if the contents appear damaged, missing, or wrong.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does GhzBuy charge? Our service fee is 8-10%, depending on the work involved, with 0% item markup. Domestic and international postage are listed separately, so you can see what you are paying for.
