How to use GhzBuy

From the first link to your doorstep — the exact operation steps for every service.

The complete workflow

Seven steps from request to receipt

Every service follows the same transparent path. Choose the starting point that matches your order, then use these steps to keep everything moving.

1

Create your account

Register once, use a working email address and open your customer dashboard.

2

Submit a request

Choose Buy by link, Find for me or Warehouse forwarding and fill in the matching fields.

3

Review your quote

Read the itemised goods, shipping, service-fee and estimated-duty breakdown before you approve.

4

Pay & we buy

Approve the quote, pay by the available method and receive the purchase record.

5

QC & approve

Review our item-by-item photos and checks before anything is allowed to leave.

6

Consolidate & ship

We combine, protect and dispatch your parcels on the international route in your quote.

7

Track & receive

Follow the status and tracking number, inspect the delivery and contact us with any issue.

Step 1

Create your account

Your account is the record for your requests, quotes, QC updates and shipment information.

Register

Open the Create account page and enter your name, email, country and contact details. A password of at least eight characters is required.

Create account

Email verification and updates

Use an email address you can open. It is your login and notification address, so quote, payment, QC and tracking messages should arrive there. Check spam or junk if an expected message does not arrive. Registration signs you in immediately; there is no separate verification link to click before starting a request.

Use the dashboard

After login, your customer dashboard lists every request, its current status, quote total and next action. Use it to open details, approve a quote or start another request.

Step 2

Submit a request

From the dashboard, select New request to open the /requests/create form. Choose one service type; the form shows the fields relevant to that choice.

Service What you fill in Example
By link
Buy an item you found
Paste product URL(s) + quantity + notes. Add one link per line and include the variant, size, colour or deadline in notes when it matters. https://item.taobao.com/...
Find for me
Ask us to source it
Product name + description + budget. Reference links, quantity and notes are helpful but do not replace the product details. "wireless earbuds, white, under $35"
Warehouse forwarding
You bought in China
Carrier + tracking number + declared items + destination address. Include the item list, declared value, quantity and any handling notes. ZTO / ZT20260915001...

For Warehouse forwarding, send your parcel to the China warehouse address we provide with the quote. Before submitting, check the destination address, product specifications and the quantity so we can quote accurately.

Open the request form

Step 3

Review your quote

When your request is ready for pricing, open it from the dashboard and read the quote as separate line items. You approve before we spend a single yuan.

Quote item What it tells you
Goods price The product purchase price shown for the item or items, without a hidden goods markup.
Domestic shipping The seller-to-warehouse postage and any China-side handling that applies to receiving the items.
Service fee (8–10%) Our purchasing, request handling, QC and consolidation service, shown separately from goods and international shipping.
International shipping The route and estimated cost from our warehouse to your destination, based on the parcel details.
Estimated duties An estimate for planning. Customs treatment and the final assessment can vary by destination, item and local rules.
Total estimate The combined estimate shown in your request. Review every line before using the approval option.

If a line is unclear, ask us before approving. We do not buy, consolidate or dispatch a request until you approve the quote and payment is received.

Step 4

Pay & we buy

Once you are happy with the itemised quote, approve it in the request page and pay using the method shown for that order.

A

Choose payment

PayPal Goods & Services or WeChat may be available. Follow the payment instructions in the quote and keep the payment reference for your records.

B

We place the order

After payment is confirmed, we buy from the seller and keep the order details tied to your request. We do not purchase before your approval and payment.

C

Keep the receipt

As soon as the order is placed, we send the purchase receipt and order record so you can see what was bought and keep the transaction transparent.

Need to check the request first? Open My requests and select the order you quoted.

Step 5

QC & approve

When the purchases reach our warehouse, we check the physical items before the international parcel is prepared.

1

Receive and open

We receive the parcels, open the boxes and identify the items against your request and the seller records.

2

Photograph and inspect

We photograph items one by one and check quantity, appearance and model or specification. Look for damage, missing pieces and a mismatch with your request.

3

Review before dispatch

Review the QC photos and request updates in your dashboard or by email. If something is wrong or damaged → we sort it with the seller before anything ships.

Tell us about an issue as soon as you see it. If the photos and item details are correct, confirm the shipment so we can move to consolidation.

Step 6

Consolidate & ship

After QC, multiple parcels from different sellers can be combined into one protected international shipment.

Part of dispatch What happens
Consolidation We combine the eligible parcels, remove unnecessary outer packaging where appropriate and re-pack the contents for protection.
Economy route Typical delivery window: 10–15 days after the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Dedicated route Typical delivery window: 5–8 days after the parcel leaves our warehouse, when available for your destination.
Protection We arrange tracking, insurance and the customs paperwork for the route confirmed in your quote.

These are typical post-dispatch windows, not a guaranteed delivery date. Route availability, carrier timing and customs processing vary by destination; the quote and dispatch update confirm the option for your order.

Step 7

Track & receive

We keep the order visible from purchase through delivery so you always know what to check next.

1

Watch the dashboard

Open My requests to see the current status. The status moves from pending and quoted through confirmation, purchase, shipment and completion.

2

Use the tracking number

We share the international tracking number and dispatch updates by email and through the order updates. Use the carrier link or number to follow the parcel.

3

Check and close the order

Inspect the parcel when it arrives, record the signature or delivery confirmation, and keep the packaging and photos while checking the contents. Report a shortage or damage promptly so we can help with the seller or insurance process.

If anything is unclear at any stage, contact us with your request number. We stay involved from the first request through delivery and after-sales support.
